-Portable air conditioner
-Command Strips (please use small tacks or push pins to decorate your walls)
-Appliances (with the exception of a coffee maker such as a Keurig and mini-fridges/microwaves with the approved restrictions, see below)
-Curtains for windows, tapestries, or other wall-hangings (all windows are outfitted with blinds)
